People...
Why is is so hard to get people to do what they need to do? Why is it sometimes so hard to motivate them, point them all in the right direction and get execution of out of them? Just get the fuck on with it, do your job and do it to the best of your ability. Seriously.
These are people that should know how the ‘system’ works. People that have enough experience to figure out what to prioritise when. People that are not micro-managed, are given the freedom to express themselves, make decisions and get on with it.
On the other hand, I am blessed to work with some amazing people. I guess the good always comes with the bad.

Things smoking has taught me
Things smoking has taught me…
- I am a dumb-ass for ever starting.
- I have an addictive personality so I need to avoid or be careful about addictive things that are bad for you.
- The people that smoke at work are awesome people.
- You can solve many problems by being away from your desk, while having a smoke.
- I never want my beautiful baby girl to smoke, just as my dear mother probably didn’t want me to smoke.
- I am a dumb-ass for ever starting.

Hello, again
Hello again. Yes. Again.
I’ve decided to trash the old blog and the old content on tumblr to start this whole website thing all over again. Watch out for some new content soon. It’ll be a mixture of what is happening with me and some interesting things I find on the interwebs / tumblr.
It’s still hosted tumblr, which I still find to be an amazing service.
See you soon!
